Why It Matters

Experience you can actually use.

There's a difference between people who've studied business transformation and people who've done it, who've sat in the CFO chair during a cash crisis, who've rebuilt a sales team after losing a key rep, who've navigated a lender conversation when the covenants are tight.

Every partner at 3BG has been in the seat. That's not a credential, it's a practical advantage for our clients. We know what questions to ask because we've had to answer them ourselves.
