We started 3BG because we kept seeing the same problem: businesses stuck at an inflection point with no one willing to actually get in and fix it. So we decided to be that firm.

3BG Strategic Partners was formed to bring unique and diverse value to business partners, and in doing so, perpetuate a culture of growth of knowledge and skills.

The founding partners bring an unparalleled level of knowledge and experience across every layer of a business. We've sat in the CFO, COO, CEO, CTO, CRO, CHRO, and board chairs, and we know what good looks like and what it takes to get there.

Our primary goal is to develop a legacy of successful relationships that survive beyond our own involvement, built on a foundation of integrity, realistic expectations, forward-looking thinking, and genuine long-term partnerships.

Where We Focus

We look for businesses in fragmented, stable to modest-growth markets where the core product or service is sound, but growth has stalled because of scale, complexity, or an ownership transition. These aren't failing businesses, they're businesses with unrealized potential and a specific set of problems we know how to fix.

We bring relevant operating experience across Manufacturing & Logistics, Business Services, SaaS & FinTech, Real Estate, and Food Services.
