We've held these roles across industries. We don't come in to assess and recommend. We come in to run the function, stabilize the business, and build the permanent capability that outlasts our work.

In many cases, our clients are facing an inflection point, a leadership gap, a growth challenge, or an unfocused strategy that the current team recognizes they need reinforcement to address. We become a member of the team, not an outside resource. And between our partners and our extended network, we maintain a bench of seasoned functional leaders — tested operators we know personally — who can step into any role a situation requires.

Investment Partnerships

When we invest, it is a deliberate choice. We are control agnostic and comfortable in minority or majority positions. We are not passive capital. We take an active role in execution alongside the management team.

As an independent sponsor, we're not subject to fund deployment schedules, hold period restrictions, or the requirements that govern traditional PE. That means we can be selective, take the time to find the right sources and types of capital, and commit to long-term outcomes rather than optimizing for an exit timeline.

We focus on lower middle market businesses with $2–$10M in EBITDA, particularly those in fragmented markets where operational improvement, professionalization, and better capital structure can create meaningful value.
